Are you looking for someone to scrapbook with in your wee part of Dubai? I would always recommend you pop over to say hello to Annais in her shop

‘My name is Neelu and I’ve been living in Dubai for over eleven years. I started scrapbooking in May this year. I would love to meet other scrapbookers in U.A.E and have tried to get in touch with a few. No luck so far. 
I’m wondering whether you and/or your scrapbooking buddies would be interested in attending a Crop at my place? I live near Al Riqqa Metro Station (Red Line) and would love to have ladies over. I would, of course, provide some snacks and refreshments. Ladies who are interested in attending will have to bring their own tools as being a newbie I do not have many at the moment. I’ve a couple of inks, chalks, stamps, a paper trimmer, all purpose glue, double sided tape, felt, corner punch and pattern papers in my stash.

Annais will certainly be able to help you get started and introduce you to lovely scrapbookers Let us know where you are, there maybe some one close who would also be able to help. ALso make your way through the sidebar information there is some great info on line, I have tried to save you the time it takes to search out the good sources.
