Jessica Griffin visited ScrapbookinginDubai
This week Jessica Griffin visited ScrapbookinginDubai, she has an impressive resume I discovered when I popped over to her site and had a wee look around. I have been wondering about the idea of using digital stamps for a while now, although I do have a link in my side bar, they do open the window even wider don’t they, when you want to sit a colour in.
I copied this from Jessicas’ post for 22nd October:
Welcome to the Addicted-To-Stamps October Blog Hop!
This is our first blog hop and the design team has a lot of great projects for you.
Please hop along for your chance to win!
We will have one Grand Prize Winner!
I thought maybe you too would like to join in a Blog Hop especially if Copic Markers is your ‘thing’. I have to admit the price can put you off these special pens but do take an opportunity to try them out. You WILL go Wow! They really are smooth and blend so well. So I do urge you to visit Creative Hands and ask about trying them out.
I enjoyed having a good roam around Jessicas’ site and her links, so pop over and enjoy yourself; you may be tempted to sit a while and colour something in and admit it’s therapeutic.
I joined Debbie Hodge of Get it Scrapped for my on line Copic Marker workshops; I am a member of the scrapbooking club and the learning experiences since joining Debbie in her Masterful Scrapbook Design club has been worth every penny. Unless you join and get stuck into all the interviews, videos and resource material you just won’t appreciate how much you can learn. The Building Pages workbook is particularly helpful if you want to move away from using other peoples’ sketches. But if you don’t then go to the site to download 30 sketches and templates for FREE whilst on that page look to top right in the side bar and sign up for the FREE 12 page Learn Scrapbooking Design Principals to get a taste of what you may learn from the Building Pages workbook. I know you wouldn’t be disappointed joining Debbie for all your Scrapbooking workshop needs beginner and the experienced alike.
Opps, got a bit side tracked there – join Jessica for the BLOG Hop; this type on online event is always full of inspiration and new skills to learn.
Thank you Jessica for visiting my site
I have a feeling the tremendous increase in visitors to Scrapbooking In Dubai this week may be down to you knowing something is being organised and you want to know what – watch this space for more details very soon.

Thanks Neelu Its always good to hear of groups starting up in Dubai – the more groups we know of on here helps those who newly arrive. I have been over to the Face book page and connected – I will be happy to add them to this site if they feel they want inclusion. As not everyone reads the comments here – have you found a group to join?
Thanks again Neelu
Hi Christie!
I’ve been meaning to write to you.. There’s a new scrapbooking club called ScrapbookME Dubai. They have a page on FB. Do check it out when you can. They had a meetup last week and are having one tomorrow at CH and a crop at Burjuman next week.
Love
Neelu
